Peacefully at the Shepherd Terrace on Tuesday January 23, 2024, in her 94th year. Beloved wife and best friend of the late Bruce J. Snead for 55 years. Marguerite (Durnan), loving mother of Laura Le Marquand and her husband Ian, Daniel (deceased), Michael and his wife Cathy and Keith and his wife Angie. Treasured Grandma of Paul, Jacquie, Michelle, Jeff, Colleen, Samantha and Vanessa. Proud Great Grandma of Reid, Brayden, Liam, Bentley, Elliot, Miles and Nathan. Dear sister of Lorraine (deceased) and Jack (deceased). Will be loving remembered by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Outside her family circle, Marguerite was an admired and trusted friend in her many charitable and craft-related endeavors. She was a faithful and devoted member of the St. Jude (Wexford) Anglican Church community for over 60 years.
The family would like to thank Noreen Brooker and the wonderful support staff of the Shepherd Terrace Assisted Living Centre for their thoughtful, compassionate and exceptional care over the past four years.
