George Jamesley was a long time resident of Eastchester and Immaculate Heart of Mary parish. He passed away peacefully on January 22nd. He was born on March 24, 1921 in Manhattan. George was a graduate of Baruch College and a proud WWII military veteran. George worked at Blue Cross/Blue Shield for 25 years. His loving wife, Ada of fifty years, predeceased him. George is survived by his children, Nicolette Wilson and her husband Brian, Christina Dunne and her husband Richard, Marguerite Jamesley and her husband Marty Rolnick and Richard and wife Gayle Jamesley. He was the grandfather to Lauren and Ryan Wilson, Christopher, Trevor, Andrew and Jimmy Dunne, Nicholas, Troy and Alexandra Rolnick and Richard, Julia and Michael Jamesley. George is joyously reunited with his wife, family and friends in the kingdom of God.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, 1/25, 5PM to 9PM at Edwin Bennett Funeral Home. A Mass will be held on Monday 10AM at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Scarsdale.
