Josephine Capossela

Born on January 13, 1929 in the Bronx, New York, she was the daughter of Modesto and Antoinette (Mastromonico) Faccone and sister of Rose (Marrone). Josephine was a 1947 graduate of Jane Addams High School. Her greatest joy was her family and she had a special fondness for baking especially at Christmas. It was a time when she lovingly prepared hundreds of anginetti and biscotti cookies, which became a cherished treat enjoyed by many throughout the years.

Josephine is survived by her children John (Christine) and Michael (Robbin), grandchildren Crista (Andrew) DeStefano, Cara (Anthony) DiNapoli, Lauren (Jennifer) Capossela, Michael, Daniel and Jacqueline Capossela, and six great-grandchildren: John, Anthony, Mark, JC, Charlotte and Cecelia.
