Kevin B. Healy, 72, of Naples, FL, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Wednesday, December 10, 2014. Kevin was a longtime Scarsdale and White Plains resident, retired member of the Scarsdale Volunteer Fire Department, and a retired Major in the United States Air Force. Kevin is survived by his three devoted children, Christopher (Sheila) of Pelham Manor, NY, George (Jennifer) of White Plains, NY, and Susan (Chad) of Yorktown Heights, NY; his beloved sister, Marya of Portugal, and nine loving grandchildren, John Healy, Ryan Howard, Jack Howard, Colin Healy, Charlie Healy, Thomas Healy, George Healy Jr., Emma Howard, and Jane Healy. He was preceded by his wife, Mary Ellen Healy, who passed in 2008.
A funeral mass will be held on 10AM Tuesday, December 16th at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Scarsdale, NY followed by interment at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brooklyn, NY. Friends and family may call on Monday the 15th from 2:00 – 4:00PM and from 7:00 – 9:00PM at the Edwin L. Bennett Funeral Home in Scarsdale, NY.
