

Nancy De Sa (47) of New York City passed away on February 16, 2017 in Scarsdale, New York. Nancy was born and raised in Scarsdale, attended Scarsdale public schools, and was a graduate of Dartmouth College (class of 1992). She earned an MBA from Fordham University and a master in library science from the University of Arizona; she had a successful two-decade career in the technology field and the financial sector in New York City. With wit, determination and spirit, Nancy overcame adversity throughout her life, including cerebral palsy and lymphoma, traveled the world, and touched the lives of everyone she met.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 20th between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. at the Edwin L. Bennett Funeral Home in Scarsdale, New York (824 Scarsdale Avenue). Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 21st at 10:00 a.m. at St. Pius X church in Scarsdale, New York. Burial will follow at Kensico Cemetery. Arrangements are by Edwin L. Bennett Funeral Home in Scarsdale, New York.

Nancy is preceded in death by her father, Edward De Sa, who passed away in 2010. She is survived by her mother Catherine De Sa of Scarsdale, her sister Jeanne De Sa of Washington, D.C., a large extended family from across the country, and many friends.
