Thomas P. Monahan passed away on June 5, 2015 at the King Street Home in Rye Brook. He was 85 years old. Mr. Monahan was born on April 27, 1930 in the Bronx New York to Thomas and Helen McNally Monahan. Thomas was the owner of Yost and Campbell heating and cooling company in Mount Vernon for thirty years and retired in 1989. Mr. Monahan was also a long time member of Leewood Golf Club in Eastchester.
He is predeceased by his wife Sonia J. who passed away in 2005, surviving are his three sons and their wives Tom Jr. and Ceci, Peter and Teri, and Kevin and Jamie, as well as ten beloved grandchildren, Katie, Kelly, Brendan, Justin, Claire , Sean, Jack, Elias, Robert and Ryan. Mass of Christian Burial 10AM Wednesday June 10, 2015 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church Scarsdale. Interment Ferncliff Cemetery Hartsdale. Visiting Hours Tuesday June 9, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9PM.
