Beverly A. Meck Miller

Beverly A. Miller, 76, of Richland, PA, died Monday, April 6, 2015 in her residence. She was the wife of John D. Miller, Jr. with whom she was married to for 47 years. She was born in Cressona, PA on December 11, 1938, a daughter of the late Harold and Mary Koch Meck. She was employed by Bethel/Mt. Aetna Telephone Company as a telephone operator and later for many years as a nursery school teacher at the Millcreek Lutheran Church in Newmanstown. She was a member of the St. Paul’s United Church of Christ in Schaefferstown and enjoyed completing jigsaw puzzles and word search puzzles. Surviving in addition to her husband are children, Mary Ellen wife of Thomas Heffelfinger, Jr. of Myerstown, PA; Keith husband of Jennifer Dubble of Sacramento, CA; John D. Miller, III of Newmanstown, PA; grandchildren, Jessica, Kristopher and Nicholas; great grandson, Liam and brothers, Dennis Meck of Jonestown; Charles Meck of NY. She was preceded in death by brothers, Harold Meck and Gerald Meck. Graveside service will be held on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 10:30 AM in the Schaefferstown Cemetery. NO VIEWING.
