

Richland, Pennsylvania. He was born on July 8, 1951, in Richland, the son of the late Lester and
Anna (Snader) Sensenig. He celebrated 50 years of marriage with his wife Susan E. (High)
Sensenig on March 27, 2021. He was proprietor of Dave’s Auto Repairs for over 30 years as an
auto mechanic and worked at StoneRidge Retirement Community for 10 years. Dave served as
a volunteer fire fighter for Keystone Hook and Ladder for over 30 years and served on the board
of directors for Jubilee Ministries. Dave patterned his life after the Good Samaritan and refused
to pass by anyone stranded or in need of help, doing all he could to make sure everyone made
it home safely. Dave enjoyed antique cars, fishing and hunting at his cabin in Trout Run, PA. He
attended Myerstown Mennonite Church. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters,
Angela (Jeryl)Nauman and Heidi (Brian)Daniels both of Myerstown, PA and grandchildren
Korissa, Brenden and Kayla Nauman and Adryana Daniels, who were his pride and joy. He was
preceded in death by his son, David S. Sensenig. Surviving siblings are Magdalena Bering, Mary
(Richard) Sweigart, Daniel (Ethel) Sensenig, Martha (Homer) Detweiler, Anna (Earl) Sweigart,
Mark (Carol) Sensenig, Elizabeth (Mervin) Sensenig, Noah (Grace) Sensenig and Paul (Eunice)
Sensenig. He was predeceased by brothers Lester, Aaron, and John Sensenig.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2021, at 1 p.m. at Myerstown
