Eli S. Stoltzfus

Eli S. Stoltzfus, 86, of Myerstown, PA, died Wednesday, February 19, 2014 in the Good Samaritan Hospital, Lebanon, PA. He was the husband of Lizzie M. Peachey Stoltzfus. He was born in Morgantown, PA on February 20, 1927, a son of the late Elam G. and Sarah Smucker Stoltzfus. He was a farmer most of his life and a member of the Old Order Amish Congregation. Surviving in addition to his wife are sons, Elam Stoltzfus and wife Lydia of Lebanon; Urie Stoltzfus and wife Mary of Myerstown; Jake Stoltzfus and wife Mary of Myerstown; David Stoltzfus and wife Sarah of Myerstown; Eli Stoltzfus, Jr. and wife Annie of Kirkwood; John Stoltzfus and wife Miriam of Lebanon; 42 grandchildren; 53 great grandchildren; brothers, Christ Stoltzfus and wife Sarah of Richland; Elam Stoltzfus and wife Ruth of Loysville; Isaac Stoltzfus and wife Annie of Myerstown; sisters, Rebecca Stoltzfus of Bird in Hand; Annie Stoltzfus of New Holland. He was preceded in death by three grandchildren. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 1 PM in the Eli Stoltzfus residence, 400 S. Ramona Road, Myerstown, PA. Viewing will be on Thursday from 9 AM to 8PM and Friday from 9 AM to 11 AM both at the Eli Stoltzfus residence. Please omit flowers. Clauser Funeral Home, Inc. is handling his arrangements.
