Norman W. Martin

Norman W. Martin, 91, of Richland formerly of Myerstown died Tuesday, October 23, 2012 in the Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital. He was the husband of Frances Martin Martin of Richland. He was born on November 14, 1920 in Ephrata Twp., Lancaster County, son of the late John W. and Mary B. Weaver Martin. He was a member of Fairview Mennonite Church of the Weaverland Conference. In addition to his wife he is survived by children: Raymond M. Martin and wife Thelma, Myerstown; Lloyd M. Martin and wife Mabel, Myerstown; Leon M. Martin and wife Grace, NY; Harold M. Martin and wife Joyce, Lititz; Miriam M. wife of Paul Gehman, NY; Norman M. Martin Jr., Richland; Grace Ann wife of Harold Zimmerman, Myerstown; Irvin M. Martin and wife Kathryn, Alabama; 32 grandchildren; 105 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by brothers: Noah, Henry, Mahlon, Isaac, Benjamin, John and Allen Martin; sisters: Lizzie Nolt and Katie Martin. Viewing will be Sunday from 4 to 8 P.M. in the Fairview Reception Center, 141 Jackson Rd., Lebanon, PA 17042. Funeral service will be Monday at 9:30 A.M. in the Fairview Mennonite Church, Elco Drive, Myerstown. Interment will be made in the adjoining church cemetery. Please omit flowers.
