Ruth L. Earhart, 88, of Richland, died Wednesday, May 27, 2015 in the Stone Ridge Towne Centre, Myerstown. She was the wife of the late Jacob M. Earhart. She was born in Jackson Township, Lebanon County on July 5, 1926, a daughter of the late Samuel and Annie Pottieger Wenger. Ruth was a member of the Richland Church of the Brethren and Neptune Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary. She is survived by sons, Jeffrey Earhart and wife Doris of Richland; Loren Earhart and wife Kristi of Newmanstown; grandchildren, Laetitia Bachleda and husband Mike; Tiffany Gogets and husband Jim; Natasha and Jacob Earthart; seven great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Earhart. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 2nd at 10:00 AM in the Clauser Funeral Home, N. Carpenter St., Schaefferstown. Interment will be made in the Richland Cemetery. Viewing on Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM and Tuesday prior to the service at the funeral home.
