Alfred G. Pardo, 85, of Scituate, passed away surrounded by his loving family on April 16, 2016. He is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years, Evelyn (Taricano), loving children, Donna Piche, Al Pardo and Mark Pardo along with 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. He was the dear brother of Rose Marie Pardo of Weymouth and John Pardo and Vito Pardo both deceased.
Al Pardo was born and grew up in Weymouth and spent four years in the Navy after graduating from Weymouth HS. He was married soon after being discharged from the Navy and raised his family in Weymouth until retiring in the Humarock section of Scituate. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing and golf after retirement.
Visiting Hours will be at Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd, Scituate on Friday, April 22nd at 9AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent St., Scituate at 12PM. Burial will be in Cudworth Cemetery, Scituate.
