WHITE - Amanda C. of Scituate, passed on January 19th, 2011, at the age of 88.
Ms. White was born in Dorchester and graduated from Dorchester High School. Amanda worked at Jordan Marsh in Boston for 45 years. She enjoyed reading and music and was a long time patron of the Museum of Fine Arts and Boston Symphony.
Amanda is survived by three nephews, Thomas of Duxbury, Kevin of Sandwich, and David White of Mint Hill, NC. She is also survived by many great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation at the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd, Scituate on Saturday, Jan. 22nd at 9AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Anthony’s Church, Cohasset at 12PM.
