Lydon-Claire L. (Regan) of Hull formerly of Medford passed on Oct. 13, 2010 age 85. Wife of the late John B. Lydon. Devoted mother of John Peter and his wife Martha of Scituate, Rosemary King of Oregon, Barbara Campbell and her husband Dick of Cohasset, Ellen Goldberg and her husband Neil of Sharon, and Kathy Barretto and her husband John of Scituate. Sister of Doris Trenholm of San Diego, the late Ruby Silverio and James Regan. Grandmother of Richard, Sean, Lauren, Joseph, James, Emily, Kathleen, Daniel and Kayla. Great-grandmother of Lydon, Rachel, Brian and Conor. Claire worked at the Charlestown Shipyard during WWII and then as a House Mother at Lawrence Memorial Nursing School. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, Oct. 17th from 2-6PM at the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd, Scituate. Graveside ceremony will be private. In lieu of flowers donations in Claire’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 311 Arsenal St, Watertown, MA 02472
