Dorothy L. Piccirilli

Born, December 4th, 1931 to August Greenberg and Irma (Sturhre) Greenberg, she grew up in West Roxbury with her parents and 3 brothers, Robert, Richard and Warren. She graduated from Roslindale High School, married the love of her life Alfred J. Piccirilli in 1951 and spent a year with him at Fort Hood, Texas where he served his country during the Korean war. Dorothy was employed by Jordan Marsh in accounting before retiring to raise her two children. She is predeceased by her husband, Alfred J. Piccirilli and is survived by her two children, Alfred (Freddie) J. Piccirilli Jr. and his wife Christine of Westwood, MA and Diane L. (Piccirilli) Ford and her husband Andy of Scituate, MA. She was also the loving grandmother of four grandchildren, Heather Ford, A.J. Ford, Lia Piccirilli and Ali Piccirilli.

A graveside service will be held at Gethsemane Cemetery in the Garden of Light section 670 Baker St, West Roxbury, on Wednesday June 1, 2022 at 12 PM.
