I knew Lesley just a short time when she taught gentle yoga.  She was such a lovely person, so warm and caring.  She will be greatly missed.  Kathy Kirby

Lesley was a truly warm and loving woman. Her smile was ever ready and she was someone who relished the time spent  enjoying  the company of friends and family. She fought such a long and courageous battle with cancer that it seems hard to believe she wasn't able to conquer it. We are saddened by her passing and will miss the chance to see her again and spend time in her company. Our condolences to Chip, Jillian, Nicole, Gabrielle and Bobby. Although Lesley and I never met, I feel I've known her all my life after our phone conversations, she entertaining me while you finished another call. She was always gracious, funny, and extremely patient, which came in useful, I'm sure, dealing with Italians, especially from NJ.

Dear Family of Lesley,
  We were so sorry to read of Lesley's passing. We were good friends of Lois and Les. I taught with Lois for many years at Lee Central School.Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you at this time. Another angel is in heaven to keep watch over all of us.I can just see the wonderful smiles that Lois and Les had when they welcomed their daughter back home to them. Keep her memory close at heart.

I want to thank the parish of St, Luke's for all of their support and tireless efforts to help Lesley & Chip through this very sad & difficult time. Lesley had many special and very close friends, a special thanks Lesley's longtime & close friend Joanne Doremus. She was/is the caregiver Lesley chose to care for her during this transition. Lesley's last few weeks were made perfect as a result of Joanne's efforts. I wish to thank Cranberry Hospice for their work and care for Lesley, a very special organization. All of the above (and all friends) gave so much to Lesley and her last days were made comfortable and peaceful.

Dear Lesley, Now that you are among the angels in Heaven, you may learn how much your sunny, optimistic nature inspired so many of us to embrace each day and look forward to tomorrow. We will always miss you.

Lesley fought a long hard battle with grace and dignity. She never stopped growing and learning and was optimistic, active and cheerful until the very end!

I'll always remember Lesley as a loving mother and patient companion. I'll never forget the wonderful times we had together.

To Ferg I say you will be remembered with many great laughs and wonderful years as friends. I am at peace that you no longer suffer the pains of this terrible disease.  To Chip, Jill, David, Gordy and family please know that I am sorry Lesley is not with us. Know that she lives on in each of us. She gave each of us a part of her and now we take that forward and keep her with us. I wish peace and love for all of you.
