Loving father of Janet Popp and her husband Al Viggiano of Albuquerque, NM, Denise Farmosa of Spencer, Christine Bunar of Kingston, Karen Popp and her wife Denise of Marshfield, Nancy Cooney and her husband Vincent of Duxbury.

Brother of Virginia Anderson of Carver, the late Henry, Francis, and Richard Popp. Proud grandfather of 7. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Bob grew up in Allston, raised his family in Woburn, and retired in Scituate. He was a member of IBEW Local 103, lifetime 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus, longtime member of St. Mary’s Church, and avid golfer at Widow’s Walk.

Visiting hours will be held on Tues., Dec. 30th from 4-8 at the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd, Scituate. Funeral from Richardson-Gaffey on Dec. 31st at 10AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent St, Scituate at 11AM. Burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Scituate.
