Rosemary was born January 14, 1950 to Edward and Frances Baush of Bedford, Massachusetts. Following her graduation from Bedford High School, Rosemary attended Olivet College in Michigan, where she made many friends while exploring a new state and a different community, nurturing her penchant for curiosity, adventure, and meeting new people.
Returning to Massachusetts, Rosemary spent a few years in the workforce before finding her true passion in life: motherhood. Marrying in 1977, she enjoyed 2 years of travel and adventure (including time in California, Spain, and Northern Maine) before giving birth to her first son, Robert, in the spring of 1979. Two other children followed: her daughter Amy was born in 1985, then a second son, Thomas, in 1988. Tending to her children brought her enormous joy and was a dedication that she carried out until her final hour.
The epitome of a woman who would “take the shirt off of her back to give to another,” Rosemary gave selflessly and generously her entire adult life. While living in New Mexico, she spent considerable time visiting the nearby Native American reservations, providing donations as well as emotional and social support. She has sponsored children in India and helped elderly in New Hampshire. She has given to local food banks and donated to international charities. Helping others was a signature aspect of her life, and a testament to her kind and loving inner nature.
When taking time for herself, Rosemary enjoyed live music, caring for her pets, viewing wildlife, gardening, creating artistic floral arrangements, and dining out - especially fresh seafood from the coast of Maine.
Rosemary will be deeply missed by her many friends, family, and all that knew her.
