Tom was a lifelong Scituate resident and loyal friend to many.
Tom is the loving brother of Denise and William Anastas, Jr. of Milton, Daniel and Cindy Lazarovich, and Linda and Paul Svensen all of Scituate. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends. Tom is son of the late John F, Sr. and R. Lois (Garrity) Lazarovich, and brother of the late John F. Lazarovich, Jr.
A memorial gathering of friends and family will be held on Thursday, August 22nd at the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd, Scituate from 4PM to 8PM. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Tom may be made to the charity of choice.
