Son of Thomas Snelders of Plymouth and the late Mary (Moriarty), stepson of the late Catherine.

Loving husband of the late Judith A. (Murphy). Tom is the devoted father of Thomas Snelders, Jr. , Nancy Zigouras and her husband John, Cara Williams and her husband Brett all of Scituate. Proud grandfather of Catherine, Olivia, Eva Zigouras, Jude and Luca Wiliams, and Lillijane Snelders.

Beloved brother of Ann Marie Nocera of Carver, Catherine Ferretti and her husband Robert of Sagamore, Robert Snelders and his wife Joanne of Rockland, Mary Beth O’Donnell and her husband Greg of Bridgewater, the late Jean Guarino and her late husband Gerry of Shrewsbury.

Brother-in-law of Regina FitzGerald and her late husband Jared of Scituate, George Murphy and the his late wife Florence of Quincy. Also survived by many devoted cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and friends.

Funeral from the Richardson-Gaffey Funeral Home, 382 First Parish Rd, Scituate on Monday, Feb. 25th at 9AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary of the Nativity Church, 1 Kent St, Scituate at 10AM. Visiting hours will be held from 4-8PM on Sunday, Feb. 24th. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Scituate.
