He was born May 31, 1968 in Amarillo, Texas to John and Mary (Salas) Santiago. He received his education in the Scottsbluff Public Schools.
Survivors include his father John Santiago of Gooding, ID, brothers Roy E Salazar of Gooding, ID and Joe A and Susan Salazar of Scottsbluff, sister Esther (Salazar) and Jeremy Irish of Gooding, ID and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Santiago, grandmother Mary Salas and numerous uncles and aunts.
