Carolyn Allen born August 1, 1933, in Burwell, Nebraska to Albin and Virginia (Jensen) Gaukel. Graduated from Scottsbluff Senior High School in 1951. Married Roger Allen on June 25, 1953. From this union, four children were born: Elizabeth, Jeffrey, Lori and Thomas. Carolyn is survived by all four children, 7 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
Carolyn volunteered for many organizations, was a beautiful seamstress, and made quilts for many loved ones including a quilt for each child when they graduated from high school. Above all, she loved her family.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband Roger, her parents, and her brother Robert.
Per Carolyn's request, the cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
