Crystal was born on September 17, 1955, in Lewiston, Idaho. She graduated from Walla Walla High School in 1974.
She entered the U.S. Army in 1974 and worked as Medical Records Specialist. She was honorably discharged in 1977.
Crystal graduated from Denver University in 1988, Summa Cum Laude.
From 1990-1992, she was the Director of Medical Records in Hammond, LA.
She married Al Ehrhart on Jan 1, 1996. Crystal was the Director at Regional West Medical Center from 1993-2010. Later Director at Centura Health in Littleton, Colorado and was Manager at Quatros from 2010-2012.
She is survived by her son Major Matthew Taylor and husband Alvin Ehrhart.
