Isabelle O'Donahue

Isabelle “Chabella” O’Donahue 70, of Gering died Saturday, September 17, 2005 at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff. A funeral mass will be held 2:30 p.m. Thursday, September 22, 2005 at Christ the King Catholic Church in Gering with Fr. Gerald Harr officiating. Cremation will be held following the service at Sunset Memorial Park Crematory. Isabelle was born November 20, 1934 at Scottsbluff, NE to Edward and Lute (Gamino) Gonzales. Isabelle loved to spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren whenever possible. She was an avid Elvis Presley Fan and collector. She enjoyed watching football and rooted for the Green Bay Packers and the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Special thanks to her caregivers Bernice and Bev and special friend Linda Limon. She is survived by her children: Robert Gonzales, Denver, CO, Chuck Gonzales, Denver, CO, Jeanne (Ken) Ritt, Racine, WI, Marquita (George) Wigman, Alma Center, WI, Shawn O’Donahue, Gering, NE and Michael O’Donahue, Scottsbluff, NE; Sister: Margaret Gonzales; Brothers: Eddie, Freddie and Richard; grandchildren: Jennifer (Kyle) Shattner, Rebecca (Joey) Riley, Kenny Ritt, Mary Ritt, Jason Wigman, Joseph Wigman, Kimberly (John) Bleske, Jos`e Louis Medina, and Robert Gonzales, Jr.; great grandchildren: Jacob Shattner, Isabella Shattner, Hayden Riley, Talia Riley, Taryn Riley, Alexander Wigman, Zoe Bleske and Chloe Bleske, and numerous nieces and nephews. Isabelle was preceded in death by her parents, brother: Pete Estrada and son Erin O’ Donahue.
