Janice was born Dec. 15, 1950 at Waynesburg, Pennsylvania to John Raymond Henderson and Helen Marie Maxon. She received her early education in Pennsylvania and New York public schools, graduating from Fairport High School with Regents and attending Hiram Scott College in 1969.
Janice married Robert L. Berger on Nov. 24, 1970 at Yonkers, New York and was later divorced.
She then married Randell A. Welsch on Sept. 20, 1980 at Scottsbluff.
Janice was an amazing nurse, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed by many family friends.
Survivors include brother Raymond D. Williams, her children and grandchildren Joshua T Welsch, Cassandra Jane Nickens, Daniel B. Nickens Jr., Sydney K. Nickens, Alexi M. Welsch, Gryffin M. Young, Murphy W. Young and Iris A. Young.
She was preceded in death by John R. Henderson (father), Raymond E. Williams (adopted father), Helen M. Williams (mother), James M. Williams (brother) and Douglas R. Williams (brother).
