Jim E. Teske, age 66, of Torrington, Wyoming, died Tuesday, October 11, 2005, at his home. Cremation was at Sunset Memorial Park Crematory, Scottsbluff, Nebraska. As per his wishes no services will be held. Jim was born February 21, 1939, at Van Tassell, Wyoming to James and Hilda (Herren) Teske. He grew up and attended school at Torrington. On July 21, 1959, he married Phyllis Rone at Lusk, Wyoming. They lived and worked in Torrington. Phyllis preceded him in death February 20, 2001. His passion in life was fishing. He caught a record halibut at Sitka, Alaska. He was a member of the Elks Lodge at Torrington. Survivors include his sons and daughter-in-law, Jim D. and Michelle Teske of Missoula, Montana and Steve Teske of Wyoming; granddaughter, Chloe Teske of Missoula; sister, Jeanne Harriman of California; and brothers, Don Teske, Roger Teske and Billy Teske all of Torrington. His parents; his wife; sister, Jackie; and brothers, Jerry and Bobby preceded him in death.
