Rick served his community by working in law enforcement for over 35 years.
He leaves behind his high school sweetheart and bride of 51 years, Kathy, his children Brian (Betsy) Spencer, Kimberly (Brian) Jackson, Julie (Brian) Korell; grandchildren Aleesa (Gary) Williams, Austen (Sarah) Korell, Gracie Spencer, Aden Korell, Henry Spencer, Aubrey Jackson, Lucy Jackson, and Libby Spencer.
He was preceded in death by his parents and beautiful granddaughter Julie Ellen.
A service to celebrate Rick’s life will be held on January 16, 2023 at 2:00 pm at The Rock Church in Scottsbluff.
