Tami was born on June 10, 1966 to Jerry L. Ott and Maryann (Huff) Ott of Gering, NE.
Tami lived her entire life in the Panhandle. She attended Gering Public Schools and graduated in 1985 then furthered her education at Western Nebraska Community College. Tami had dreams of moving to California to pursue a career but delayed those plans when she fell in love with Kendall L. Busch. Tami and Kendall met through the Zion Evangelical Church softball team where they are both lifelong members.
Kendall and Tami sealed their love on January 21, 1989. To this beautiful union, their two children, Mariah and Cutler, were born. When Tami wasn't being a devout and loving mother or wife, she enjoyed bowling, golfing, traveling, and being a social butterfly. She always put family and friends before anything else. Her kind heart, bold words, and contagious energy gave life to all those who were lucky enough to meet her. Those that know her best, or even as an acquaintance, know her as ""Momma T."" Her advice, love, friendship, and presence will forever be missed.
Tami is survived by her husband Kendall, her daughter Mariah and son Cutler, of Scottsbluff; Mother Maryann Ott of Gering; Brother Kevin (Natalie) Ott and their children, Dexter, Rylee, and Clancee of Scottsbluff; Sister Valerie Harnish and her children, Nicol, Josh, and Sofia (Canchola) of Gering; Father in-law Robert (Norma) Busch of Mitchell; Brother-in-law Bob (Christi) Busch of Charlotte, NC; and a number of other relatives and close friends.
Tami is preceded in death by her father Jerry L. Ott; Maternal grandparents, Harry Huff and Florence Noordam; Paternal grandparents Fred (Martha) Ott; Mother-in-law, Audrey Pieper; and one aunt and three uncles.
