He is remembered as a loving husband to Suzanne; father to Gregory; grandfather to McKenna and Grayson; and a good friend and colleague to all that knew and loved him.
He was born on March 24, 1942, in Dayton, Ohio, to Harold F. Duncan and Glenna M. Duncan.
Bill was a graduate of Loyola College, Baltimore, Maryland, and a bother of Lambda Chi Alpha Fraternity. He worked extensively in the Northeast with wide-ranging experience in project-oriented services from his background as a consultant in the computer industry.
Prior to moving to Texas, Bill enjoyed living and boating on the Chesapeake Bay. Bill enjoyed traveling, road trips, and attending many forms of auto races. Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman on the Delmarva Peninsula, on the East Coast.
