

She was born September 29th,1944 to Claude and Cletious Osborne in Texas City, Texas.
Claudia attended Seagoville High School. Claudia went to work for the Seagoville State Bank, spent 40+ years in the banking industry, retired as Vice President, and always welcomed customers with a smile. Claudia also worked as a secretary for the Seagoville Senior Citizens.
Claudia loved crafts, mosaics and stained glass, reading romance novels and Stephen King. She was a True Crime fan before it became popular. She also loved to travel with friends and family. She and her sister Connie traveled to Paris, cruised to Alaska, visited Stonehenge in the UK, rode a hot air balloon in San Francisco, these are just a few trips of many they shared. Claudia accompanied Bill on numerous golf trips from courses in Hawaii to Colorado. Their favorite destination hands-down was Las Vegas. She also took her daughters and grandkids on many wonderful vacations. She was passionate about making memories with all her loved ones.
Claudia developed dementia in her later years, and it became aggressive in the last couple of years. She spent her last 4 months in a Group Home in Terrell. The family would like to thank the Distinguished Senior Living owner Wendy Moore and her remarkable staff for their dedication to taking great care of Claudia.
Claudia is survived by her husband Bill Davis, daughter Janet Dority and husband John Dority, daughter Kristi Burt husband Nathan Burt, sister Connie Stark husband Danny Stark, nephew Dylan Pierce, grandchildren Andrea Fanning, Drake Fanning, Davis Carlson and great grandson Daze Muniz. Bill and Claudia were married on February 6, 1961, for 63 years. She was a devoted wife, loving mom and Gram and will be greatly missed.
Claudia is preceded in death by parents Claude and Cletious Osborne, and baby William Davis (deceased at birth).

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, February 5th at the First Baptist Church of Seagoville with visitation in the church sanctuary at 10:00 am followed by a formal service at 11:00am. The interment will take place at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in the Garden of Scriptures immediately following.
