Edith Lucille Dockins Praytor (90) passed away in Gun Barrel City, Texas on January 30, 2017. She was born in Richardson, Texas on December 28, 1926 to Henry George Washington Dockins and Margaret Elizabeth Johnson Dockins. She is preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband James and her 9 siblings. Left with cherished memories is her son James Praytor Jr.; daughter Linda Curtis; daughter Brenda Davis & husband Gary; daughter Margaret Branton; daughter Sue Praytor; daughter Missie Praytor; 13 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and other family loved ones and beloved friends. Edith was a homemaker all of her life. Caring for her family and tending to her home was very important to her. In her spare time, Edith enjoyed playing cards, board games and dominos. Although she enjoyed playing the games, her biggest pleasure came when she could aggravate her husband James.
