Elsie Marie (PeeWee ) Marshall went home to the Lord on December 23, 2015. She was born on June 5, 1927 in Dallas, Texas to Mark Patterson Shanz and Opal Alice (Sherrard) Shanz. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Robert (Mickey) Marshall; great grandson Zachary Robinson; brother Pat Shanz; and sister Freda Plotner. Left with cherished memories is her son Bobby Marshall & wife Carolyn; daughter Margaret Ragle; grandchildren Christopher Marshall & wife Kari, Alan Head, Rebecca Head; great grandchildren Davonta Mack, Robert Marshall and Jonathan Marshall; sister Frances Cason and several nieces, nephews and other family loved ones. Elsie enjoyed sewing. She lovingly made quilts for the family babies, putting a great deal of thought, time and love into each one. He children were also recipients of beautiful quilts that she made for various occasions. The family will receive friends at a visitation 6-8pm Monday January 4, 2016 at Roselawn Funeral Home, Seagoville, Texas. Funeral Service will be 10am Tuesday January 5, 2016 at Roselawn Funeral Home, Seagoville, Texas 75159. Interment will follow at Laurel Oaks Memorial Park, Mesquite, Texas.
