Joseph Albert Robinson II, 60, of Dallas, Texas passed away unexpectedly on June 4, 2015. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia on September 27, 1954 to Joseph Albert and Mary Louise (Robin) Cavender Robinson. Family members left behind with cherished memories is his son Joseph Albert Robinson III and his mother Sandra Crownover; daughter Ann-Marie Robinson and her mother Peggy Marie Clendenon; step-son Steve Baker & wife Linda; brothers Don Lambert & wife Ginger and Roy Robinson & wife Marty; sister Dinah Miller & husband Randy; sister in law Sandy Kris Warren and numerous nieces, nephews and other family loved ones. After Graduating from North Dallas High School, Joseph attended and graduated from Southern Methodist University. He was self employed most of his adult life. He was a successful entrepreneur, always searching for new business to venture into. He held a black belt in karate. He enjoyed Star Wars movies and collectables, roller skating and SCUBA diving. He also had a passion for old cars. He loved to refurbish old Ford cars, particularly Ford Mustangs. A memorial service to celebrate Joseph’s life will be 2:00pm Saturday June 13, 2015 at Roselawn Funeral Home, Seagoville, Texas.
