Joyce Lee Wilson

She was born November 3, 1931, in Fouke, Arkansas to Joe Lee Collum & Inez Arizona Cates Collum.

Joyce lived a great life. She raised 4 children and co-owned a business with her husband Floyd E. Buffington for many years.

Joyce remarried in October 1975 to Howard Wilson. Joyce & Howard loved the game of tennis and spent many hours playing the game she loved so much. In Joyce's later years, she mastered the game of Mah Jongg and loved to teach others to play. She also loved playing card games and working on jigsaw puzzles.

Joyce is survived by her loving & devoted husband, Howard Wilson, loving sons Roger Buffington, and Mark Buffington, and loving daughters Linda Buffington & Debbie Simpson Everett and their families. She is also survived by a wonderful family of grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as nieces & nephews.

Joyce's service will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens 1000 S. Highway 175 Seagoville, TX 75159 on Saturday, September 2, 2023.

Visitation will be from 12 noon to 2pm with the funeral service beginning at 2:00. Then she will be moved to the burial site where everyone is invited as well.
