She was born on August 31, 1943 in Fayetteville, North Carolina to Milton and Emily Bacot. Millie P. was raised in North Carolina.
She married Richard K. Fox in 1959 and the couple had three children. She was a full-time "Momma" and homemaker. In her spare time, Millie enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, dogs, bowling, and gardening. She loved landscaping, Church, and friends. She was a woman who was very devoted to her faith.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard K. Fox; her brother, Milton Bacot Jr.; her brother-in-law, James H Fox; her son-in-law, Robert W Campbell; her nephew, Nickolas Fox; and her grandson-in-law, Malcom J Vasseur.
She was survived by her children, Richard Fox Jr. (Regina), Elizabeth K Fox Hooker (Clifford), and Jeffrey K Fox (Kristal); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Paul Fox (Brittney), Cassandra Kay Campbell Huso (Ben); Ashley N Campbell (Ronnie Hall); Ashten Kay Fox; Ethan Vaughn Fox; and Jaxson Hunter Fox; and great-grandchildren, Kenley and Kasey Fox, Elijah and Melody Vasseur, Justin James Beach, and Nolan and Cheyenne Grace Hall.
