It is with a heavy heart that we announce that our beloved and amazing mom “Nell Bailey Saulter” entered into her eternal reward on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, in Mesquite, Texas. Nell was born July 13, 1948, in Magnolia, Arkansas to George and Emma Nell Bailey.
As a long-time employee and retiree from the DISD school district, she touched many people and students through the decades. Many will also remember her from the 80’s and early 90’s from running the City of Seagoville’s swimming pool. A lover of family and friends; she was loyal, kind, adventurous, and a lifelong lover of nature, animals, and everything that had to do with water. She began scuba diving in the early 80’s which led her to many extraordinary places. Enjoying God's underwater creation brought lifelong friends into her life, which she cherished to the end. She loved adventure and travel. She passed on her zeal and passion for life and adventure to everyone she met, especially her boys and grandkids.
We appreciate your thoughts and prayers as we remember and reminisce about the extraordinary life that she lived.
