Mrs. Phyllis Dean Harris

Phyllis Dean Harris a/k/a Best Grandma in the World Phyllis Dean Harris passed away on June 9, 2015. Phyllis was born on July 18, 1946 in Dallas, Texas to Roy T. Pearl and Cynthia Lou Dean Pearl. She lived in Crandall, Texas. Phyllis met and married the love of her life Grady Harris in 1974. They owned and operated Creative Gems for over 31 years. If you ever saw Phyllis somewhere you always saw Grady. Phyllis loved watching her grandchildren play sports, and if they were playing she was in the stands cheering them on. She was their biggest fan. She also loved her dog Sissy. Phyllis knew this was her temporary home and loved God and is now dancing in the streets of Heaven. She was preceded in death by her parents Roy and Lou Dean Pearl. Phyllis was and will always be a beloved wife, sister, mother, mom-in-love, aunt, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She is survived by the love of her life, Grady Harris, sister Lou Jean Martin and husband Mike, son Warren Harris and wife Lisa, daughter Wendy Dye and husband Jesse and son Grady Harris, III. Her grandchildren are Tayler Harris, Alex Harris, Delanie Dye, Dakota Dye, Josh Dye, and Holly Mapel. Her great-grandchildren are Jordynn Dye, Jaxson Dye & Molly Mapel. As well as, a niece Jennifer Mantooth and nephew Tracy Martin and many more family and friends. A private graveside service for the family has been scheduled for 10:00am Saturday June 13, 2015 at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Seagoville, Texas.
