She will always be remembered as a Loving mother, grandmother to all that knew and loved her. She was born on September 12th 1940 in Brownsville, Texas, the daughter of Josefina Elizardo and Rosendo Pena.
Rosemary loved and cared for her family. She was a mother to most helping raise her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Rosa Maria was very humble and generous with little that she had, she gave it all. She enjoyed sewing, arts and crafts, and cooking. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
Rosa Maria is survived by Elizabeth Ojeda, Belinda Rodriguez, Cynthia Roman Melissa Roman, Serafin Roman Jr, and Rose Mary Zamarron. Along with 102 grandchildren. Sister Oralia Morales, Veronica Sanchez, and brother Joe Fernandez.
A visitation for Wita will be held Monday, November 8, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Roselawn Funeral Home, 1000 South Highway 175, Seagoville, Texas, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
