Mrs. Sandra Kay Gibson

Sandra Kay Gibson went home to be with the Lord on February 20, 2015. She was born in Dallas, Texas on August 17, 1956. She is preceded in death by her parents Lennis Olan Herrin and Vivian Lola (Holder) Herrin. Left with treasured memories are her loving husband Bill; daughter Kristi Ivie & husband Billy; son Bubba Gibson; son Timmy Gibson & wife Jennifer; daughter Amy Thomas & fiancé Josh Smeltzer; sister Frances Walker & husband Joe; 10 grandchildren and numerous family loved one and beloved friends.

Sandra held a full time position as a housewife, mother and grandmother. She was devoted to her family and was more than just a wife and mother. She was an angel sent from God who loved, nurtured and developed all of her family into the good people they have become.

She was a faithful servant of God and a member of “New Life Fellowship of Dallas”. She was loved very much and will be greatly missed.

The family will receive friends at a visitation 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Tuesday February 24, 2015 at Roselawn Funeral Home, Seagoville, Texas. Funeral service will be 12:00 PM. (noon), Wednesday February 25, 2015 at First Assembly of Kaufman, 3401 S. Houston St., Kaufman, Texas 75142. Interment will follow in the Garden of Scriptures, Roselawn Memorial Gardens Seagoville, Texas. Pastor Bill Gibson Officiating.
