Shane had a love for his family like no other. He enjoyed time with his nephew and nieces who he was fortunate to have in the home on a regular basis. Shane loved music and was happy to share his favorites on Facebook. He loved cars and spending time with friends.
Shane was an avid Texas Longhorns fan – completely obvious by his wardrobe consisting of approximately 25 Longhorns shirts, as well as a variety of memorabilia he collected over the years. Shane also had a love for basketball which he was really good at in his younger years.
Shane had a knack for making wooden objects and did a great job doing so. He loved putting together puzzles and having them framed for people. Shane had a real gift in writing poetry. There are many poems his mom and dad have treasured through the years and certainly always will.
