Sidney Murrell McDaniel Jr. was called home to Jesus on April 5, 2017. He was born in Dallas, Texas on July 1, 1946. He is preceded in death by his parents Sidney Murrell McDaniel Sr. and Mildred Vonda (Bussell) McDaniel. Left with cherished memories is his sister Esta Monk, sister Sharon Kennedy, sister Vonda Ehrich, brother Edward Earl McDaniel and very close friend, John Scott Farley. When he was younger, Sidney enjoyed collecting arrowheads from the Sulfur Springs area. He also enjoyed fishing and riding his bicycle at White Rock Lake. The family will receive friends at a visitation 10:00am to 2:00pm Monday April 10, 2017 at Roselawn Funeral Home, Seagoville, Texas. Funeral Service will be 2:00pm Monday at the Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Seagoville, Texas where Sidney will be laid to rest in the Garden of Scriptures.
