Words can’t express how I’m feeling about your sudden departure. I’ll never forget when I was at my lowest point in life down in Chinatown. You NEVER judged me and you looked out for me like family supposed to. Delly all the times I was cooking on a hot plate or bbq’n on the grill you always encouraged me to follow my dreams and that when I was ready I would get out of there. Delion has always held a special place in my heart as my bonus nephew. You once trusted me to care for him when I had my daycare more than 30 years ago!  Ever since then whenever I ran into Delion he would always give me such a sweet hug calling me Auntie. And I would always ask him you doin good Nephew? Taking care of your family? And he would always say, you know it auntie. Always a very respectful young man. I feel this pain of this loss the pain Michelle has to bear the pain his brothers will have to bear, the pain his kids will have to bear, and the pain of his loved ones. Delion just had that nature and swag you could only love.

Delly, I remember the day our mm brought you home! I had the privilege of watching over you a few days! As you grew up you always had that big smile and a hug for me! You always made every one around you laugh. Each time I came into town to visit, you made me feel love, when you would come up to me and give me that big smile and big hug! Face Time was the best when we could all see each other. The last time on Face Time your words to me still ring in my head, "I got you Aunty Helga I got you!" Can't wait for the day to see you in Paradise and say, "I got you Delly I got You! Aunty loves you beyond words!  Aunty Helga

He was my best friend, soulmate and husband to be and  I can’t help but to be so thankful I was able to spend his last moments with him being his peace.
