Arthur W. Winkler Jr., Age 58, died Sunday, January 26, 2014 in Edmonds, Washington. He was born December 9, 1955 in Seattle, Washington, the son of Arthur W. and Nancy Lee (Hedley) Winkler. Arthur is survived by his son Anthony Winkler, his parents and a brother, Steven Winkler.
