Barbara Anne Keller passed into the hands of her Lord on April 2, 2016. She was born on May 17,1955 in Kansas City, MO, of parents Jack A. Keller and Bernice K. Martin, and moved to Seattle at an early age. Barb attended North Beach Elementary and Whitman Junior High, and then graduated from Ingraham High School in 1973 and Western Washington University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. After graduation she worked and photographed in Alaska, and later worked in sales for many years in the Seattle area for Jack's Photography, Eddie Bauer Catalog, and Verizon Yellow Pages. She was a member of Westgate Chapel in Edmonds.
Barb had a passion for photography, and her scenic views were sold through a stock photography agent. She had a zest for gardening and even though back surgery restricted her activities drastically in the last eight years, she still gardened, even if for only a half-hour at a time, despite pain and increasing poor health. She was an avid reader and life-long learner, with a special love for history, biography, and study of the Bible.
She is survived by her mother, Bernice Keller, two sisters, Ruth (William) McFadden and Susan (Donald) Dean, and a brother, Jack Keller, Jr. (Cherie Parker), as well as a niece Juliana Keller, and nephews Kevin Dean, Ryan Dean, Joshua Keller, Peter McFadden, Robert McFadden, and Ty McFadden.
