Burnet Arthur Shosky Jr. a.k.a Art or Shorty, passed away at 92 years young on Saturday March 26, 2022. He spent his last two months at his granddaughter’s home surrounded by family on Whidbey Island. Shorty was born February 4th, 1930 in Seattle WA to Burnet Sr. and Esther Shosky. He had one brother, Stanley Shosky (Mary Ellen), both deceased. Nephews Mike, John, Leroy (deceased) and niece Debbie. Shorty married Marlyn Edwards and they had four children, Bud, Mike, Dan and Laurie. Shorty later married Wanda Reposa who already had two children; Lorene & Todd. They enjoyed traveling, visiting family & friends, camping and fishing. He loved cars, boats, racing, you name it! He was preceded in death by son Dan in 2005, wife Wanda in 2019 and three grandchildren (Travis, Aaron, and Nate). He’s survived by 8 grandchildren: Shelly, Randy, Susan, Joey, Steve, Jaclyn, Samantha and Beau. 10 great grandchildren: Alyssa, Jaclyn, Serenity, Dayton, Kaden, Grace, Jaden, Landon, Violet and Dexter. Also one Great great grandson Wyatt.
