I miss our lunchtime escapades. best bowler I knew other than my Grandpa. Crazy how time flies by! Maureen left us the year after you did almost to the day.  Life was easy back then, back before the grief.  feels like yesterday.  C/O 98 we all still talk about and think of you often.

Casey was the only person out of many who had the opportunity to stand up to my biggest bully. 

My bully didn’t look like or sound like most, and he was the only one to stand up to her. While he was sitting down, with words. 

I miss you and wonder what your family would have looked like. I miss your Hawaiian shirts, your smile, and the comfort you probably didn’t know you gave me. 

We are so saddened to hear of Casey's passing.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those he left behind, especially Julie and Jamie, and his father Ken. 
May your many wonderful memories of him warm your heart and keep you comforted always.

John and I were so saddened to hear that Casey had passed away.  He and our son Max were very close friends in gradeschool at Summit.  We remember Casey as a fun loving, happy kid.  It makes me smile remembering all the silly fun things they did together and the good times we all had playing when Casey could come and visit. Our thoughts are with his family and friends in this difficult and sad time.

Casey was an old friend of mine from Summit K-12, and when I heard the news it broke my heart. Casey was the kind of person you never forget; he just had that spark that would become contagious to all of those around him. I had a lot of good times with Casey and I truly will cherish those memories. Jamie I am so sorry for you loss, as well as Julie and Ken; my heart goes out to all of you.

  I was so sad to read about Casey. You always spoke about him with such love and caring, and I know how important both he and Jamie are to you. My heart goes out to you and your family. We've spoken many times about faith and trusting God to help us through our trials, so I know you have the foundation to support you through this. But that doesn't ease the immediate pain. The last time I saw Casey was during our junior years in high school.  we both went to a tutoring program in N Seattle.  About seven years had passed since I went to school with him, but when I heard him dressing down the tutor I think casey only said the guyÂ´s name, but the guyÂ´s name was Doug, and he said it like Â¨thudÂ¨ and the memories of our smart assness came flooding back.  his mainly.  He always had excellent comic timing.

I wish i hadnÂ´t lost touch with him.  He was my best friend for a while. I wonÂ´t forget him.  my condolences to his fam.

Casey was a good friend of mine. I was Lucas Miller's cousin and I had hung around Casey for a couple of years. He was like a brother to me and I will never forget him. I am in school in CA so I wasnt able to make it but I have been praying. I just want to say I am sorry and that I loved him. He was a great guy.

Julie, Jamie, Ken and other members of Casey's dear family: It was my joy and pleasure to serve as Jamie's and Casey's school librarian at Summit K12.  Reading of Casey's death in the paper today filled me with deep sadness; sadness which I believe is shared by others of the Summit Community.  I will always remember Casey's smiles, his impish ways and his sweet demeanor.  Peace be with you all as you mourn his passing and rejoice in the good memories he left with you.

Hi, I don't know if you remember me, but I'm Kyle Tada.  I used to go to school with Casey at Summit K-12.  My mom just showed me the Seattle Times obituary section today and I'm really in shock.  What happened?  I really can't believe it.  I want to send my best wishes to members of Casey's family during this tough time.  I remember Ken from various Summit trips and I vaguely remember Jamie, although she was a grade or two ahead of me.

We are so sorry.  I'm sure daddy is comforting Casey in heaven and we need to all comfort each other.
