Born September 16, 1921 in Blaine, WA; passed away June 15, 2009 in Seattle at age 87 surrounded by loving family. Chuck is survived by his beloved wife of 35 years, Loralee; son, Charles "Cliff" DeShazor; a sister-in-law, Carol June Quist and nephews, Rudy Earlson, Bobby Quist, Carl Quist and Tony Quist. He was a loving and proud grandfather and "Cowboy" to Matthew, Chloe, Sophie and Lulu Thompson. After serving in the U.S. Army during World War II, Chuck owned and operated taxi cabs for 45 years in addition to working in the construction industry. Preceded in death by a daughter, Charlene DeShazor. Visitation Sunday, June 28, 10:00AM-6:00PM; Memorial Service will be held Monday, June 29, 2:00PM; all at Evergreen-Washelli 11111 Aurora Ave N.
