
Born July 9, 1966 in Assiniboia, Saskatchewan, Canada. Passed away suddenly Oct. 31, 2005 in Auburn, WA. Raised and educated in Oxbow and Manor Saskatchewan, Canada. Cindy moved to Regina where she met her best friend and devoted husband Brian. The love she had for him was completely reciprocated. Brian loved to make her laugh and she loved to laugh with him or at him. Together they moved to Auburn, Washington in 1995 where they built a beautiful life together. Cindy and Brian traveled many places, her favorite being Hawaii. Cindy had many projects, sewing, quilting, reading, decorating, shopping, site seeing, planning trips and of course her greatest project was looking after Brain and their home. Cindy had a passion for everything Christmas, especially snowmen. She always had a dimpled smile on her face, beautiful blue eyes, a witty sense of humor, a love of children with her mothering manner, gift for always finding the humor in situations, her contagious laugh, devotion to Brian, her family and innumerable friends. Cindy always said ?I Love You?. Preceded in death by her young father Lorne Earl Foy. Cindy is survived by her loving husband Brian, children Amber, Ryan, and Brandon; mother and step father Linda and Ivan Ziegler; brothers Mel Foy, Neil Lorie Vandergrift Ziegler and Lyle Ziegler, sisters Debbie Cory Frier and Kathy Mickey Quigley; niece Dalaynie, nephews Austin, Nolan, Carter and Aiden. Also many other caring relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers memorials to World Vision Cindy & Brain sponsored a foster child or American Heart Assoc. Memorial service Sat.
