

He is preceded in death by his late wife, Anne, mother, Hazel and father, Glen. In addition to the countless friends and extended family he left behind Cliff is survived in loving memory by his wife and partner of 19 years, Betty Fetzer Porter of Mountlake Terrace; his two children Heidi Stenzel (Casey) of Issaquah and Chris Porter of Seattle; Betty’s children Travis (Shellee),Troy (Shawn), Kim (Scott), Cory (Paula), ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren, his sister, Penny Redman (Mike), and family of Seattle and brother, Bill Porter (Peggy), and family of Renton.
Cliff graduated from Roosevelt High School and later went on to serve in the Army. After his stint in the Army, he landed a job at the Bank of California, Seattle in the Supervised Loans and Assets division where he worked until his retirement in 1998.
A service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at 1pm at Faith Lutheran Church, 8208 18th Ave NE, Seattle WA 98115. At his request, remembrances may be made in lieu of flowers to Faith Lutheran Church.
