David Neil Patrick Yemchuk, 44, passed away in Seattle, Washington on July 8, 2016. He was born in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada on September 18, 1971 to Marlene and Eugene Yemchuk. David has been a long time resident of the Seattle area, and worked as a veterinarian.
David is survived by his parents, and his partner of 19 years Matthew Shaffer. He will be dearly missed by those he leaves behind including his family, and many other friends and relatives.
